55minute training sessions completing your own workout or following a pre written one.
Full use of a range of equipment (assault bike, kettlebells, battlerope, slam balls, dumbbells and more.... Fist sessions are at the Jubilee Field on Sunday September 6th - 2pm and 3pm. This is a great opportunity to get back to training but fully outside. Limited spaces per session You choose your workout but I will be there to guide if you need any advice or tips Cleaning equipment, hand sanitizer all provided £10 a session or use one of your bootcamp credits.
