Six different sessions each week to get you moving, sweating and feeling great
Join in the class live or get a copy of the recording and fit the session in when in works for you
Suitable for all. No session is 'too hard' or 'too much' for anyone.

All at Fitness Focus Gym, Clavering except Saturday 8am
Monday 9:15am: Fierce - 30 mins
Monday 6pm: Small group PT
Wednesday: 7pm - 55min Bootcamp
Friday 9:15am: Strong - 30min
Saturday 8am: 55 min Bootcamp at Bentfield Bower
Saturday 9:30am: Small group PT
